How to set up and use Friends on Apple Watch
The Friends app is built-in to your Apple Watch and is accessed by pressing the side button. By default, your favorite contacts from your iPhone will already be set up on your Apple Watch. You’ll also access Digital Touch with the Friends app, which lets you send sketches, taps, and even your own heart beat to anyone else with an Apple Watch.
