New Apple Watch and Mac filings discovered in Eurasian database

Apple's holiday lineup will have a lot to offer.

What you need to know

  • Apple has seemingly registered several new products with the Eurasian Economic Commission.
  • The database includes references to new models for Apple Watch and MacBook Pro.
  • Supposed references to iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro also appear.

This is like taking a peek at presents before opening them on the big day. Turns out, Apple just registered (via MacRumors) several products with the Eurasian Economic Commission database, giving us a pretty good idea of what to expect come this fall.

First up, there are four unknown identifiers for Apple Watch:

  • A2156
  • A2157
  • A2092
  • A2093

These identifiers don't indicate whether they're for the Apple Watch Series 4 or Apple Watch Series 5. However, hints of an update recently showed up in the beta for iOS 13; the updated wearable will reportedly be released in titanium and ceramic instead of aluminum.

Other Apple Watch listings show up in the database that refer to the Series 3 and Series 4, so it looks like Apple will continue to sell both generations this holiday season.

Six new Mac devices are also listed in the database, one of which could be Apple's rumored 16-inch MacBook Pro:

  • A2141
  • A2147
  • A2158
  • A2179
  • A2182
  • A2251

Finally, references to the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro are found in the database. References to Apple's new models previously appeared in the database back in May, so this just reaffirms their existence. Listings for a 10.2-inch iPad also appeared in the database a few months back.

According to an asset found in the most recent iOS 13 beta, Apple is planning a media event for September 10, so it won't be long before we know more.
