Before Dickinson lands on Apple+ this fall, the show will make its debut at the Tribeca TV festival next month.

Apple on Tuesday announced (via 9to5Mac) it will screen the first episode of the half-hour comedy to attendees, followed by a panel with screenwriter Alena Smith. Hailee Steinfeld, who plays Emily Dickinson, will also be there.

Apple shared a trailer for Dickinson earlier this week. Here's the show's official synopsis:

Dickinson is a half-hour comedy series starring Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld. Created by Alena Smith, Dickinson audaciously explores the constraints of society, gender, and family from the perspective of rebellious young poet Emily Dickinson.

Ahead of the debut of Apple+, Apple has started to market the content that will be available to subscribers. Recently, we got a short glimpse of The Morning Show, which stars Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell.

Apple appears to be going all in with Apple TV+, with some reports claiming the company has spent upwards of $6 billion on creating original content. The company still hasn't said when Apple TV+ will be available or how much it'll cost when it launches. A recent rumor, however, claimed the service will be priced $9.99 per month.
