’Steve Jobs: The Man In the Machine’ documentary debuts in theaters, iTunes and on demand

The life of Apple's late co-founder Steve Jobs is the subject of a controversial documentary from Magnolia Pictures. Steve Jobs: The Man In the Machine is making its official debut today in a select number of US theaters. It is also available to rent on iTunes and on demand from a number of cable and satellite TV systems.

The movie was directed by well-known documentarian Alex Gibney and it's already generating buzz for it's somewhat unflattering portrayal of both Jobs and of Apple itself. The movie has already been attacked by current Apple executives like Eddy Cue, who stated back in March that the movie was, "An inaccurate and mean-spirited view of my friend. It's not a reflection of the Steve I knew."

Will you be renting the movie or seeing it in theaters? If so, let us know what you think of the documentary in the comments.
