iCloud pricing lowered, with 1TB of storage available for $9.99 a month

During Apple's press event in San Francisco, the company revealed new prices for its iCloud subscription cloud storage service. Users can still get 5GB of storage for free, but the company has lowered prices for higher amounts of storage, all the way to 1TB of space for $9.99 a month.

Previously, iCloud cost 99 cents for 20GB a month, 200GB for $3.99 a month, 500GB for $9.99 a month and 1TB for $19.99 a month. The new prices now offer 50GB of cloud storage for 99 cents a month, 200GB for $2.99 a month and 1TB for $9.99 a month. Apple has apparently retired the 500GB storage level.
