iOS 9.1 Public Beta 2 now available for testers

Apple has released the second public beta version of iOS 9.1. Members of Apple's Beta Software Program can download this version over-the-air on a device with the previous public beta version installed.

Apple recently released the second developer beta of iOS 9.1 as well. Few details about the update have been unveiled so far, with new emoji characters slated for inclusion. This beta comes just over a week after iOS 9 itself was released to the public. iOS 9.1 likely contains refinements to that initial experience.
