Backchannel can help developers easily get the beta feedback they need

Developers looking to improve feedback for the beta versions of their apps have a new option with Backchannel. Backchannel is a way for developers and their testers to easily communicate, send and receive feedback, report bugs, and more.

Backchannel gets built right into beta apps using the open source Backchannel SDK. When a tester sees a bug, they can report it with the tap of a button. Backchannel will also detect when you take a screenshot, and guide you through using it in your bug report. Testers can be grouped into customizable feedback channels so developers can easily find the conversations they need.

Backchannel costs $75 per month for each app. Developers with more limited resources can use a more restricted version of Backchannel with support for 15 beta testers for $15 per month.
