Categories section begins rolling out to Apple TV App Store

It looks like a new Categories section is beginning to roll out to the Apple TV App Store today. According to a report out of MacRumors, the new section is at least starting a gradual rollout, joining the Featured, Top Charts, and Purchased sections in the App Store. We haven't yet seen the section pop up on our units, but the report notes that it took several device restarts for one unit before it showed up.

This follows the addition of the Top Charts section earlier this week, showing that Apple is slowly but surely bringing the Apple TV App Store up to par with its iOS cousin. Has the Categories section appeared on your Apple TV App Store yet? Be sure to let us know in the comments below.
