iOS 9.3 beta 1 seeded to developers

Apple has released the third beta version of iOS 9.3 to developers. Interested developers can grab this new version from the iOS Developer Resource Center, or as an over-the-air update on an iPhone or iPad running the previous beta.

Not a lot is known at this time about the exact changes in iOS 9.3. You can probably bet on some bug fixes and performance improvements to the overall iOS experience.
