Apple TV gets its own Apple Events app ahead of next week’s announcements

Ahead of its event next week, Apple has released a new Apple Events app for the fourth-generation Apple TV. In addition to being set up for the "Let Us Loop You In" event, you can watch past Apple announcements through the app as well.

While Apple has added a similar app to older versions of the Apple TV themselves ahead of previous events, you'll need to head to the device's App Store in order to download this one. It also seems unlikely that the app will disappear following the event, as has happened after other events.

In addition to the Apple Events app on the Apple TV, you'll have a number of options that you can take advantage of to watch the event. These include watching on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac through Safari, or on your Windows 10 PC through Microsoft's Edge browser.
