The Modular clock face for Apple Watch lets you customize five different complications on one display. You can choose from 17 different colors, or make the complications multicolored for a bit of fun. Here's how.

How to choose the Modular clock face on Apple Watch

If you don't already know how to change your clock face, here is a quick tutorial.

  1. On Apple Watch, start at the clock face. If you are not already there, double-press the Digital Crown.
  2. Press firmly on the clock face until the clock face switcher appears.
  3. Swipe to the left or right to select the Modular clock face.

How to choose the multicolor options for the Modular clock face on Apple Watch

Once you've selected the Modular clock face, you can customize it by choosing the multicolor options.

  1. While in the clock face switcher, tap Customize.
  2. Rotate the Digital Crown counterclockwise until you get to the multicolor option.
  3. Press the Digital Crown to set the new clock face.

How to set custom complications for the Modular clock face on Apple Watch

The Modular clock face is incredibly versatile. You can customize the five different complications with whichever app you wish and they will show up in different colors.

  1. While in the clock face switcher, tap Customize.
  2. Swipe to the left to switch from the color customization to the complications customization.
  3. Tap a modular unit to select it.
  4. Rotate the Digital Crown clockwise or counterclockwise to switch between complications.
  5. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have customized the Modular clock face the way you want it.
  6. Press the Digital Crown to set the clock face.
