watchOS 2.2.2 beta 1 heads out to developers

Apple has seeded the first beta version of watchOS 2.2.2 to developers. The configuration file needed for the update can be found at the watchOS Developer Resource Center, and you can then download the update through the Apple Watch companion app on the latest beta version of iOS 9.3.3.

We don't know just yet what changes watchOS 2.2.2 will bring, but it's likely to include bug fixes and performance improvements.
