Activity Sharing and wheelchair algorithms make watchOS 3 even better for the fitness fiends

With the Activity app being one of the most popular Apple Watch apps, Apple has announced a new way to compete with your friends. Activity Sharing will allow you to easily compete with your friends, talk smack to them and more right from your wrist. That's right, you can now swipe right from the Activity screen to see what your friends are up to. You can sort by steps, workouts or whatever else may be important to you.

To communicate with your friends, you'll be able to send messages from a list of Smart Replies, send heart rate, audio messages or scribble to them. After working with medical experts, Apple was able to build a special algorithm for wheelchair users. That's right, those in a wheelchair will see "Time to Roll" instead of "Time to Stand," as well as optimized workout and activity rings.
