App Store and iTunes currently down for some

A large number of people are reporting issues with accessing the App Store and iTunes this afternoon. Apple's System Status page currently shows that there are issues with iTunes and both the iOS and Mac App Stores. A slew of people have also taken to Twitter to report issues with downloading apps and signing into iTunes.
