If you're getting repeated notifications that 'A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta' when you're already updated, you're not alone!
Stop. Breathe. Let it out slow. Yes, iOS 12 Beta is currently experiencing an issue where it's continuously popping up spurious notifications saying "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta"/. And yes, it's super annoying.
Apple is aware of the issue and, hopefully, working on a fix. So, for now, just dismiss them with extreme prejudice and, if they're annoying you too much, put your phone down, walk away, and have fun doing something else for a while. Like, you know, playing a board game, watching a show, or even talking to another human.
