How to add Glances to your Apple Watch

Glances are information cards that live just below your clock face. Like widgets, but with less interactivity.
Apple builds several Glances into the Apple Phone, including the incredibly useful settings glance (think Control Center), Now Playing for music and audio control, Battery, Activity, Maps, Stocks, Weather, and Calendar. App Store apps can also supply Glances, however, and adding them is easy!
How to install Glances when you install apps
You can add Glances to your Apple Watch at the same time you add the apps that include them.
- Launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the My Watch tab.
- Scroll down and tap on the app that includes the Glance you want to install.
- Toggle Show in Glances to ON. (If you don't see the option, it means the app doesn't include a Glance.)
You can use this method to toggle glances on or off at any time.
How to add Glances to your Apple Watch at any time
You can also enable Glances at any time from the Glance management screen.
- Launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the My Watch tab.
- Tap on Glances
- Find the Glance you want to install (it will be in the bottom "Do Not Include" section).
- Tap on the green + icon on the left to install. (You can also touch the grabber icon on the right and drag the Glance up into the "Include" section at the top.)
